Comprehensive 150-Point Unimog Inspection

Whether for work or leisure a Unimog is a considerable investment. That’s why our 150-point inspection is designed to provide you with the clarity and confidence you need.

Carried out by experienced mechanics, the inspection takes 4-6 hours depending on your Unimog’s specifications and includes a detailed evaluation of its condition and performance.

What Our 150-Point Inspection Covers:

-Thorough test drive in real-world conditions.

-All fluids checked.

-Cab interior condition & function.

-Cab exterior condition.

-Engine external inspection and inspection of all ancillaries.

-Transmission function.

-PTO function and (optional) dynamometer test.

-Hydraulic system function including pressure test of pump.

-Brakes function and condition including disc and pad measurement.

-Condition & function of axles including hub bearings.

-Steering system function and visual inspection.

-Rear body and tipper ram function and condition.

-Lighting and electrical functions checked.

-Equipment such as three-point linkage, winches checked for function & condition.

This thorough inspection forms the foundation of our workshop process and gives you a complete understanding of your Unimog’s condition.
